Precautions for heater dry burning:
I. check whether the heater wire source is connected reversely.
II. When using the heater, do not turn off the power supply through the switch on the socket, because the leakage protection plug can not work after turning off the power supply of the socket, and can not provide protection in case of ground wire electrification and other faults.
3. Check the "test" button of the leakage protection plug regularly to confirm whether the leakage protection plug works normally.
IV. to maintain and clean the outside of the heater, first cut off the power supply, do not spray with oil, and wipe with a soft cloth.
V. if the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, the special power cord provided by the manufacturer must be used and replaced by professionals from the maintenance department or similar departments.
Vi. generally, the service life of electric heater will not exceed 10 years. If the heater continues to be used after the service life, there will be potential safety hazards and it will be replaced in time.
Precautions for operation of tya50 vacuum oil filter:
Before operation of vacuum oil filter:
1. Open the electrical box, check whether all electrical components are complete, whether they are loose or wet, and remove sundries.
2. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct, and it shall conform to the direction of the indicating arrow.
3. Check whether the bolts and nuts of all parts of the machine are loose, and observe whether the vacuum pump oil window and vacuum oil reach the oil mark.
4. Connect the main power supply and ground wire.
5. Close the drain valve of the cooler, check whether the hose joints are loose, and connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes.
6. Check whether the primary filter and fine filter are installed properly.
7. Close all valves.
Note during operation of vacuum oil filter:
1. The working temperature of vacuum pump shall not exceed 75 ℃
2. The temperature of all motors shall not be higher than 60 ℃ under the condition of no abnormal noise.
3. Pay attention to observe the pressure gauge. If the pressure gauge exceeds the specified value, stop the machine and clean the filter screen.
4. If the oil intake is too small, check whether the primary filter and filter screen are blocked. If they are blocked, clean them with kerosene and continue to use them.
